​What is CE5?

CE5 is a protocol developed by Dr. Steven Greer that involves quiet meditation, focused intention, and an openness to the possibility of communicating with non-human intelligence. Participants typically spend time relaxing, observing the night sky, and using guided meditation or tones during the experience.

Some people report unusual lights or experiences. As with all In the Shadows Paranormal events, our approach is one of curiosity, respect, and thoughtful observation. The evening included

• A brief overview of Lake Pueblo Reservoir and its history.

• An introduction to CE5 and its origins with Sandi Hughes and Jen VanOster.

• Stargazing.

• A guided CE5 experience for those who wished to participate.

• Time to relax, enjoy the night sky, and share great conversation.

At approximately 9:45 p.m.; several participants observed a bright aerial light. Sandi recorded video of the object. Flight-tracking and astronomical applications checked during the event did not identify any obvious known object corresponding to the sighting. The video documents the presence of the light but does not provide sufficient information to determine its nature. At this time, the object remains unidentified.
