Project Seven: Fire Hose Company #3
Pueblo/Pueblo Paranormal Weekend

This two-location investigation included visits to both El Pueblo History Museum and Fire Hose Company No. 3 in Pueblo, Colorado. While the group was relatively small, investigators documented several notable experiences involving EMF activity, Spirit Box communication, physical trigger objects, and personal observations.

El Pueblo History Museum

The investigation began at El Pueblo History Museum, where investigators explored both the reconstructed fort area and the archaeological site. While limited activity was reported within the fort itself, the archaeological area produced sustained and repeated EMF readings. Multiple EMF meters registered elevated activity for extended periods, drawing the team's attention to the site.

As the evening concluded, museum volunteers shared several stories of unexplained experiences within the building. These included reports of playful entities moving objects and an account of a woman dressed in period clothing who appeared distressed by construction activity occurring around the archaeological site. According to the witness, the figure appeared briefly, seemed to be crying, and then vanished moments later.

Fire Hose Company No. 3

The investigation continued at Fire Hose Company No. 3, where the team experimented with a modified Estes Method. Investigators divided into two groups connected by walkie-talkies. One group remained downstairs asking questions while the second group listened to a Spirit Box upstairs. The groups later switched positions.

Several responses received through the Spirit Box appeared relevant to questions being asked, including:

  • "Tonight" in response to whether the entity was a firefighter or officer.

  • "Steady" when asked about activity during its time at the station.

  • "Hi" and "Exactly" during attempts to identify individuals present.

  • Additional responses included references to names, numbers, and phrases that investigators found noteworthy but difficult to interpret conclusively.

During this portion of the investigation, a flashlight rolled across the floor upstairs without an immediately obvious explanation. At approximately the same time, two investigators independently reported seeing a white figure near the front corner of the building.

As investigators switched floors, a video recording captured what appeared to be a display cabinet drawer opening and closing within an office area. The footage became one of the more discussed pieces of evidence from the evening.

Additional Spirit Box sessions produced responses including:

  • "Three"

  • "90"

  • "Lost"

  • "For sure"

  • "Danny"

  • "Nicoli"

Several of these responses coincided with strong K2 meter activity and the activation of a music box trigger object.

Upstairs Kitchen Session

From approximately 8:20 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., investigators conducted an extended flashlight communication session in the upstairs kitchen area. Initially, attempts to establish interaction produced limited results. However, when investigators asked whether any spirits were present, the flashlight illuminated unexpectedly and remained partially active despite repeated fading.

A second flashlight was introduced, and investigators observed several instances in which the light appeared to respond shortly after questions were asked. At the same time, REM-Pod activity was reported elsewhere in the building.

Additional equipment activity included:

  • Repeated EMF meter fluctuations

  • REM-Pod activations

  • Temperature sensor alerts

  • Responses generated through a spirit communication application

Words reportedly received through the application included:

  • Three

  • Hanged

  • Clockwise

  • I can hear you

Reported Psychic Impressions

During the session, investigator Sandi entered a meditative state and began reporting impressions of a young girl she identified as "Lynn." According to these impressions, Lynn appeared to be approximately seven or eight years old, with dark hair and a white dress. Sandi described her as playful, energetic, and connected to a firefighter believed to be her father or grandfather.

The impressions suggested that the child enjoyed playing throughout the upper floor of the building, particularly games such as hide-and-seek. Sandi reported sensing that the child had died from illness during the early twentieth century and that she frequently returned to spend time near her father.

Throughout this session, investigators noted continued flashlight responses, EMF activity, and temperature fluctuations. Sandi also reported sensations of hand-holding and visual impressions of the child interacting with the environment.

Near the conclusion of the session, another investigator reported observing a fog-like form moving from one room into another.

Summary

The Fire Hose Company No. 3 investigation produced a wide variety of experiences, including Spirit Box responses, EMF activity, trigger-object activations, potential visual anomalies, and reported psychic impressions. While many of the reported events remain open to interpretation, the combination of equipment responses and shared experiences among multiple investigators made this one of the more memorable investigations conducted at the historic fire station.
