Witness Notes

- One group recorded EMF spikes and white orbs while sitting in solitary confinement along with a burning smell.
EMFs spiked MANY times during the night.

- EMF reading from 26-23.3 in the basement.
The same group felt a very cold draft in the basement. When asking her friend what the ghost app had said, it read "back." Cold left before they could find the meter. The same group was in the matron's room and a young girl screamed - this was also recorded on another group's phone. The staff person who was on the other side of the hallway asked if anyone else had heard it.
- One participant was pinched in the arm.
- One group in the matron's room found a doily all scrunched up - but staff said that everything is typically in straight order.

The veil is in Cripple Creek, and this is only the beginning. Join us at our next event to witness what stirs in the shadows!

Witness Notes:
Groups often got similar results in the four main areas of the building.
- A few people were touched or poked.
- A male voice was heard in the archives room.
- One group using a ghost app got the name "Alexis" when responding to a question. Alexis is the formal name for Lexi, who works at the museum.

- EMF meters spiked consistently during the night.
- Two individuals using a ghost app were walking by the typewriter exhibit. The app said "light." As the woman walked back to the typewriter case with the light, she felt a cold chill go down her neck. The app then said, "neck." As she walked by the phone display, the app said "bell," when she stopped by the sign that reads, "push for bell ."
Her companion also used the ghost app and among the words shown was "Dan," - the gentleman's name.
- One group encountered the laser grid moving in front of the "Lucky the Horse" exhibit. At the same time, the EMF meter was squarely focused on red. Additional energy was noticed in the phone area and hearing boots near the picture of Buddy. In the archive section, people heard footsteps on the ceiling - this occurred with several groups.
- One group focused on connecting with the resident ghost known as "Hank." Through a series of  "yes," and "no" questions using dowsing rods, they ascertained that Hank was present and there was more than one spirit in the building. He shared that his real name isn't Hank, and that he died in the neighborhood, but was not murdered. He confirmed that he was annoyed by their presence and felt they were in his space.
- One group had significant EMF activity near the railroad exhibit in the southwest corner of the building. A fairly heavy chain started moving by itself. They additionally heard significant footsteps on the roof and knocking. Using a ghost app, one individual reported a male presence by the name of "Samuel," and the app began answering questions that the group was asking.

On a personal note, I too, had several interesting things occur, but the one that left me shaking my head was seeing an apparition.
As the event came to a close, we all reconvened in one room, and I looked throughout the building to make sure we had everyone. As I neared the archive room, I saw John, the director of the museum, walking into it.  As I entered, I called his name out several times. No answer, but a sudden loud banging on the roof. John wasn't there because he was at the other end of the building, where all the groups were meeting.
